Lesson agreement
The termination notice is 3 months and will go in effect on the first day of the following month. Termination has to be done
When a student won't be able to make it to a lesson they must let the teacher know as soon as possible.
When the student is absent, the leson fee still has to be paid unless the reason for the absenteeism was medical. If that is the case, then an original declaration from the physician is needed.
When the teacher is absent due to illness or disability the fee for that lesson will be returned. For any other absenteeism the missed lessons will be caught up at a later date or they will be settled.
The lesson fee has to be paid by the 1st of the month. When payment has not been fulfilled on time, the right to guiter lessons expires. The payment obligation is still in place, however. The lessons will be continued once the late payments have been fullfilled.
